rudy7 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rudy7 platform — whether through the website at rudy7.net, the Android application, or any other method of access — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and rudy7 regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior understanding or agreement, whether verbal or written. Using the platform after any updates to these terms are published constitutes acceptance of those updates.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to rudy7 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• You are accessing the platform of your own free will
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of another person
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

rudy7 may request documentary proof of age at any time. This typically includes a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Where age verification is requested and not completed within a reasonable timeframe, the account will be suspended until verification is provided. Any withdrawals pending at the time of suspension will remain held until verification is successfully completed.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access rudy7. If you become aware that a minor has created an account, please contact support immediately.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one rudy7 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid date of birth, a working mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms.

• Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. rudy7 will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Account security: Enable two-factor authentication where available. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Name accuracy: The name on your rudy7 account must match the name on your payment accounts. Mismatches will delay or block withdrawals.

rudy7 reserves the right to close any account at any time where it reasonably suspects that the registration information provided is false, incomplete or has been used in breach of these terms.

4 Deposits & Payments

rudy7 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section when you are logged in.
• rudy7 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any transaction charges from your payment provider are separate and outside rudy7's control.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Typical processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are usually instant to five minutes; bank transfers may take up to two hours.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals can only be sent to an account registered in your own name. rudy7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Standard withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours on a first-in, first-out basis.
• VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing — their requests are placed at the front of the processing queue.
• Daily and per-transaction withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. These limits are displayed in the withdrawal section when logged in.
• First-time withdrawals may be subject to an additional identity verification step. Completing account verification early avoids delays.
• rudy7 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse or any breach of these terms is suspected, pending investigation.

Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa same-day for standard accounts; Raast near-instant once dispatched; bank transfers one to two business days. Card refunds typically take three to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

rudy7 offers promotional bonuses periodically. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly at the time of the promotion.
• Your own deposits: Your own deposited funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless an offer specifically states otherwise. You may withdraw your deposit balance subject to standard withdrawal rules.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused or unwagered bonus funds that expire are forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be usable on specific game categories. These restrictions are published in the individual offer terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus can be held on an account at a time.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, structuring play to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games on the rudy7 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Game results are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player after a bet is placed.

• Betting limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Cancelled games: In the event of a technical failure during a game, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance.
• Sports betting: Bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body. In cases of disputed results, rudy7's decision on settlement is final pending any official result correction.
• Bingo: Wins are detected and credited automatically. Simultaneous wins on the same pattern are shared equally between all winning cards. rudy7's determination of winning cards is final.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest error in game display or odds — such as a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical fault — rudy7 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the rudy7 platform:

• Creating more than one account per person
• Providing false identity or age information
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with games or the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or game errors for profit — any winnings from known errors must be reported and will be voided
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back or dispute a valid deposit through your payment provider
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or as their proxy
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform. rudy7 cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities where financial fraud is identified.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

rudy7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected
• Identity or age verification is not completed when requested
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed by the account holder
• The account has been inactive for an extended period

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where a closure is due to inactivity and no breach is involved, any remaining balance will be returned through the original deposit method subject to standard verification.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes are handled separately — see section 12.

10 Limitation of Liability

rudy7 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime and service quality, rudy7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• rudy7 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or unavailability of the platform.
• rudy7 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decisions regarding how much to deposit or wager.
• rudy7 does not accept responsibility for any loss resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• In no event will rudy7's total liability to a player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data Use

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rudy7 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment providers is limited to what is necessary to process transactions.

12 Responsible Gaming

rudy7 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is designed for adult entertainment only and is not suitable for anyone experiencing difficulties with gambling behaviour.

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and session time limits.
